Following your submission, you'll receive a customized quote and design proposal. Our meticulously itemized quotes and design proposals feature accompanying photos, aiding you in visualizing the envisioned end result.

Upon reviewing the provided quote, we will provide you with a contract tailored to outline the specifics of your project. Within the contract payment options are provided. A signed contract and 50% payment secures your chosen date and time in our production or delivery schedule. The remaining balance is due 10 days before the delivery, shipping, or will call date.

A tailored mock-up intake form will be sent over to capture all of the specific details that need to be included in your order. From there we can begin your mock-ups. We will discuss any feedback and adjust designs until client is satisfied with the final mock up designs.

Once designs are finalized, our team brings your vision to life! We work on reviewing materials and sizing to begin the production process. We then prepare the items to be painted, vinyl wrapped, laser cut, CNC cut, or fabricated to produce your custom pieces.

The finished products are packaged and prepared for delivery, shipping, or will call at our Mission Viejo office. The items are then sent off to be a part of your special day! We love seeing photos of our work and how it all ties into the day of event design!
